Bombay High Court Notification (BHC) is out for the recruitment of 2023. This notification is especially for Stenographers, Junior Clerks, and the Peon post which is officially released by (BHC). Candidates who are interested and eligible for these posts can apply till the last date of 18 December 2023. Eligible candidates can apply before the finishing of the deadline. This year the notification for 2023 is out for a total of 4629 vacancies.

The Bombay High Court is conducting the Central Online Recruitment Process for the year 2023-2024, and applications are invited from eligible graduates and candidates with a minimum qualification of 7th pass (for Peon Posts). The recruitment is for the positions of Stenographer (Grade-3), Junior Clerk, and Peon/Hamal, with a total of 5700+ vacancies across various District Courts in the State of Maharashtra.

The Bombay High Court has released an advertisement to prepare Select Lists and Wait Lists for candidates applying for the positions of Stenographer (Grade-3), Junior Clerk, and Peon/Hamal in the District Courts of Maharashtra. ✅ Bombay High Court Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 43 years for all posts. Maximum 43 years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC or Special BC as specified by the Government.

Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Stenographer:

(1) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law.
(2) Adequate knowledge of the regional language of the Court in the District.
(3) Qualify Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC or I.T.I.) for speed of
– 100 w.p.m. or above in English Shorthand and 80 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Shorthand and – 40 w.p.m. or above in English Typing and 30 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Typing.
(4) Possess Computer Certificate about proficiency in operation of word processor in Windows and Linux in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org.

✔️ Junior Clerk:

(1) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law.
(2) Adequate knowledge of the regional language of the Court in the District.
(3) Must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC or I.T.I.) for speed of

Eligible candidates should fill online application form through Bombay High Court Online Application Portal from 4th December 2023.
The candidates are required to fill basic details (Applicant Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address etc.) and create Unique User Name and Password.
After New Registration, the candidates should login through Bombay High Court Online portal using your credentials.                                                                                                                                             The candidates should upload scanned copy of latest passport size photograph, signature and Other required documents / certificates etc.
After filling and submitting on-line application form, candidates shall obtain on-line acknowledgment as well as printout of entire application form. Candidates can download their Hall Ticket by using their registered log-in Username and Password.
