Qualification: – A minimum of graduation from a recognized university or equivalent institution.
Salary: – Salary Details for Assistant Section Officer (ASO) and Section Officer (SO) Posts:
- Section Officer : Rs.47,600/- to 1,51,100/- per month.
- Assistant Section Officer : Rs.44,900/- to 1,42,400/- per month.
Age Limit: – The CSIR CASE 2023 recruitment drive has set the **maximum age limit for both Assistant Section Officer (ASO) and Section Officer (SO) posts at 33 years. This means that candidates must not have crossed their 33rd birthday as of the closing date for applications, which is 12th January 2024.
Age Relaxation: – There are age relaxations available for certain categories of candidates, as per the Government of India’s rules. These include:
- SC/ST : 5 years
- OBC : 3 years
- PWD : 10 years
- Ex-servicemen : 5 years
- Widows/Divorced Women : 10 years
